Listed below are the details of our Leading Edge Plan. We offer one simple rate plan that is perfect for every home and business. The Leading Edge plan optionally allows you to have your own Toll Free number and calling cards.

 

Leading Edge Plan Details

  • Our State to State Rate is 2.9 ¢ per minute.
  • Our In State Rates vary depending on which State you are located in. Veiw In State Rates.
  • Our International Rates vary depending upon which country you are calling. Veiw International Rates.
  • No set up fees.
  • No monthly fees.
  • No 10-10 code to enter.
  • No long term contracts.
  • No full minute billing,each call has an 18 second minimum charge, then calls are rounded in 6 second increments .
  • Leading Edge Plan is available for all U.S. States, except Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Each call made to Directory Assistance (xxx) 555 -1212 is charged a fee of 85 cents, or you can call 1-800-373-3411 for free directory assistance.
  • There is no PICC fee if you have only one phone line. If you have two or more phone lines, the first line will have no PICC fee, but the second and each additional line is charged a $2.49 monthly PICC fee.

Leading Edge Toll Free Number (optional)

  • Set up your own toll free number for incoming calls or transfer your current toll free number to our low rates.
  • Our State to State rate for incoming toll free calls is 2.9 ¢ per minute, except for incoming calls from Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Hawaii which have a rate of 15 cents per minute. State to State means your incoming toll free calls from another State into your State.
  • Our In State rates for incoming toll free calls vary depending on which State you are located in, In State means incoming toll free calls from a phone located in your same State, view our In State Rates. Note: Incoming toll free calls and outgoing long distance calls have the same rates.
  • Each incoming toll free call placed from a U.S. public payphone is charged a 55 cent connection charge.
  • Each Toll free number is charged a $1.99 per month service fee.

Leading Edge Calling Card (optional)

  • Calling card usage is conveniently added to your regular TouchTone monthly statement. Our calling card rate is 8 cents per minute and billed in one minute increments for calls terminating in the continental U.S.
  • Each outgoing call placed from a U.S. public payphone using the calling card will be charged a 55 cent connection charge.
