Sign Up, How does it work?

  • When you click Sign Up, you will be taken to TouchTone Communications' online order entry page. Simply complete the information and click submit.

After Sign up, what happens next?

  • Shortly after sign up you will receive an email confirming that you have signed up.
  • About one week after sign up you will receive a welcome letter from TouchTone, which will explain how to make sure your service has been switched at your local phone company, in some cases you may need to contact you local phone company. If you requested a new toll free number or calling cards during sign up, they will also be included with your welcome letter.
  • Each month you will receive a detailed billing statement from TouchTone, enjoy the savings.
